1. Drill the cap and bottom of the bottle.
2. Make wings, using a cutter.
3. Straighten a hanger. You may cut the ends.
4. Pass the hanger into the holes of bottle.
5. Bent the hanger with pliers.
6. Paint the wings. (this is free)
7. Set a circular cylinder in the ground.
8. Set the pinwheel. Completion!
